Thesis
Every business will eventually have a digital twin — a living model where processes are automated, decisions are data-driven, and the operating model adapts in real time. We help companies get there. Not with a two-year roadmap and a vendor implementation. With operators inside the business, using AI to redesign how work actually gets done, function by function.
Operating Model
We didn't subscribe to a platform. We built our own — a daisy-chained Mac Mini server cluster sitting behind a hardened firewall, connected through a Tailscale mesh VPN so the entire stack is accessible from anywhere without a single port exposed to the open internet. This is where our research runs, our analysis compounds, and our proprietary skill sets live and breathe.
Augmented research that builds proprietary datasets. Our research pipeline doesn't stop at insight — it produces structured, queryable intelligence. We pull from government permit records, public pricing feeds, regulatory filings, and dozens of other sources to build a growing library of proprietary data tables. The raw data is public. What isn't public is how we join it, weight it, and layer analytical logic across tables to surface patterns no single source would reveal on its own. That's the IP — not the data, but what we do with it.
